Client Code of Conduct
Professional Certified Massage Therapy Practice
To ensure a safe, respectful, and professional environment for all clients and therapists, we ask that all clients adhere to the following Code of Conduct:
1. Respect and Professionalism

Clients must treat all staff and therapists with courtesy, dignity, and respect.

Inappropriate, suggestive, or sexual comments, jokes, or behavior will not be tolerated and will result in immediate termination of the session and possible banning from the premises.
2. Health and Hygiene
- Clients are expected to maintain personal hygiene before appointments.
- Please reschedule your session if you are experiencing symptoms of illness (e.g., fever, cough, contagious skin conditions).
- Disclose any medical conditions, injuries, or allergies that may affect your treatment.
3. Communication and Consent
- Clients are encouraged to communicate openly about their comfort, pressure preferences, and any discomfort during the session.
- Informed consent is required before any treatment begins. Clients may withdraw consent and end the session at any time.
- Therapists will explain the treatment plan and obtain verbal agreement before proceeding.
4. Boundaries and Privacy
- Clients must remain appropriately draped at all times. Only the area being worked on will be undraped.
- Touching the therapist is not permitted unless necessary for safety or assistance.
- Respect the therapist’s professional boundaries and privacy.
5. Punctuality and Cancellations
- Please arrive on time, 5-10 minutes before session start time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session.
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.
- Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may result in termination of services.
6. Payment and Gratuity
- Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged.
- Gratuities are appreciated but never expected. Please ask if you are unsure about tipping etiquette.
7. Zero Tolerance Policy
- Any form of harassment, discrimination, or violation of this Code of Conduct will result in immediate termination of the session and may be reported to authorities if necessary.
